Description:
Design and develop performance support materials and resources for instructor-led training and a self-paced component, intended to teach military personnel to utilize the small unmanned aircraft system in their missions.
Operational Impact:
Current training time limits the number of qualified operators on this system. This training will allow the United States Marine Crops to train more operators in a shorter amount of time and will provide performance support materials to assist with troubleshooting and refresher training.
