Closed: Phase 1 Quad Charts for BAA 23S4432 Due 27-APR-2023, 3 p.m. Eastern Time

The Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 23S4432 will be closing on Thursday, 27-APR-2023, 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Please upload your Phase 1 Quad Chart submissions as soon as possible in order to avoid the cutoff. Please go to IWTSD BIDS at bids.iwtsd.gov to download a copy of the BAA package for 23S4432 to review requirements. We also recommend downloading a copy of the "Submitter QuickCard"(found as a link on the IWTSD BIDS homepage), which will guide you through the proposal submission process.
