Note to Vendors from the PCO

The DoD finds itself in trying times with adapting to current workforce challenges. For all, the health and safety of the work force and families are the top priority. Most of personnel at the CTTSO office are conducting telework and will remain responsive via email correspondence. In order to continue and expedite acquisition support please note the following changes effective immediately:

For BAA questions, continue to utilize [email protected] Nothing has changed as communication will be sent to pertinent subgroup and contracting officer for response.

For non-BAA acquisition questions, personnel/group email correspondence will be required. Telephone communication will be limited as work location may have changed. For planning purposes, future travel will be temporarily unavailable and video-teleconferencing should be considered. As a vendor, please email anticipated schedule and supply chain issues immediately as they occur.

It is the continued vision of CTTSO to identify requirements to combat terrorism and provide solutions to the war fighters, first responders, and other front line users as rapidly as possible.
